If you have purchased course protection, and have not opened your eLearning you can cancel your class with less than 48 hour notice and receive a refund less the cost of course protection and fees (90% refund). If you have opened your e-Learning you will receive a 90% refund off the cost of the class less the eLearning fee. There is no refund for eLearning once the code has been opened.
