Late arrivals may only join at the company’s sole discretion. Cancellation/Change Policy: • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours to the start of the ride to be eligible for a refund. • For cancellations outside of 48 hours, contact staff by phone or email to be eligible for a refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours of the ride are non-refundable. No exceptions . Weather Cancellations: We ride rain or shine. Cancellation due to weather conditions are at the company’s sole discretion. Sickness or Injury: Cancellations within 48 hours due to illness or injury are eligible for a one-year company credit in the form of a gift certificate, contingent upon the submission of a valid a doctor’s note . Traffic Policy: Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals due to traffic, and 100% of the booking total will be kept. Guest Conduct: Guests must always follow staff instructions.
