• Tours canceled after 24 hours prior to the flight, or passengers who fail to show up
40 minutes prior to flight time, will be billed the full price of the tour booked.

• Passengers who cancel their flight with less than 24 hours notice, but re-book their tour for another day, will incur a service charge fee of $100.

• Passengers who miss their scheduled flight time due to a late check-in (check-in is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time) will be charged a fee of $100 if they are able to reschedule.

• Weight restrictions are 275 per passenger. If passengers show up to check in over the weight limit, Mauna Loa will not accommodate the flight and passengers will be responsible for the cost of the flight.

• Mauna Loa Helicopter Tours reserve the right to refuse services.

• If you booked online, the booking fee is non-refundable.

• If the total party weight is greater than 700lbs tour is subject to cancellation. Our 24-hour cancellation policy will remain in effect, and the entire cost of the tour will be kept and not refunded to the tour. ***The only exception is if the party is doing a Big Island Experience and is 700-750lbs then a $200.00 refueling fee will be automatically added to the booking. All other tours are not able to do a refueling option.
